An 18 AA synthetic peptide near the N-Terminus of human RUSC2. The immunogen is located within aa 70-120 of RUSC2.
Specificity
At least three isoforms are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three isoforms. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with RUSC1.

Usage
RUSC2 antibody can be used for detection of RUSC2 by Western blot at 1 ug/mL. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot:
