Recognizes Neurite Outgrowth Inhibitor Protein C (NogoC). Species sequence Homology: human Nogo-C/foocen-S/RTN 4:100%; mouse Nogo-C/foocen-S/RTN 4:81%. Most of this region is unique to Nogo-C and not conserved in Nogo-A/B isoforms.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL.
