Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 270kD band observed in lysates of cell line HeLa and of Mouse Embryonic Stem cells (calculated MW of 274kD according to NP_060621.3). The observed band is suppressed by introduction of Rif1 siRNA to HeLa. Recommended concentration: 1-3 ug/ml.
