Golden Syrian Hamster IgG whole molecule
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Rabbit Serum, Golden Syrian Hamster IgG and Golden Syrian Hamster Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Rabbit IgG F(c). Limited reactivity will occur against Armenian Hamster IgG.

Usage
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Presentation
Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 500 µL of deionized water.
