Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG Fc fragment. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum, mouse IgG, mouse IgG F(c) and mouse serum. No reaction was observed against mouse IgG F (ab')2.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA (Using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin): 1:14000-1:80000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. For maximum product recovery, after thawing, centrifuge the product vial before removing cap.
