Specificity
Recognizes human PP2A. Detects endogenous PP2A. Because PP2A-alpha and PP2A-beta catalytic subunits are identical in the region used for the immunogen, it is expected that both isoforms will be detected by the antibody. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and rat.

Usage
Western Blot: Detection of PP2A. Lysates from human U937 and mouse C2C12 cells were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1.0 ug/mL anti-PP2A. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1.0 ug/ml is recommended.
