Usage
Application: Use 10-25 µl of slurry per ml for immunoprecipitation. For affinity chromatography, 1 ml of PY20 agarose is known to bind at least 0.5 mg of tyrosine phosphorylated proteins from RSV-transformed chick embryo fibroblasts. Other applications should be user optimized.

3 mM sodium azide; 50% glycerol, 20 mM sodium phosphate, 150 mM sodium chloride
Storage
Store at 4°C to 8°C for up to 1 year. Do not freeze.
