Usage
Suitable for use in RIA and Inhibition. RIA: Thaw antiserum at RT. Make a 1:25 working dilution of the reconstituted antiserum in PBS, 0.1% gelatin or assay buffer. This permits addition of 200 ul per assay tube. Inhibition: 130pg of unlabeled PGE2 will result in 50% inhibition of binding of radiolabeled ligand in a standard liquid phase RIA.
