Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

PEBP1 / RKIP Antibody (C-Terminus) LS-C17572

RKIP antibody LS-C17572 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human RKIP (PEBP1). Validated for IP and WB.
100 µg
RKIP antibody LS-C17572 is an unconjugated mouse monoclonal antibody to human RKIP (PEBP1). Validated for IP and WB.
Human PEBP1 / RKIP
Human (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
IgG1,k Monoclonal
Unconjugated. Also available conjugated with AP, APC, Biotin, FITC, HRP, PE.
Protein A purified
  • Western blot (1 - 3 µg/ml)
  • Immunoprecipitation
  • (applications tested for the base form of this product only)
PEBP1 / RKIP antibody was raised against synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human RKIP protein.
Specific for the C-terminal region of the RKIP protein. On Western blots, it identifies a band at 30kD in RKIP-transfected HEK293 lysates and 23kD in HEK293 lysates or total mouse brain lysates. Reactivity has been confirmed with HEK 293 lysates. Immunoprecipitation tests with HEK293 cell preparations also yielded the ~23kD band.
Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 7-10 ug/IP reaction. Western Blot: 1-3 ug/ml.
PBS, pH 7.4, 0.1% Sodium Azide
Short term: 4°C; Long term: Add glycerol (40-50%) -20°C.
For research use only.

Popular PEBP1 / RKIP Products

Anti-PEBP1 antibody IHC of human kidney. Immunohistochemistry of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue after heat-induced antigen retrieval. Antibody concentration 5 ug/ml.
Species: Human, Monkey, Bovine, Dog, Pig, Rabbit
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
PBP monoclonal antibody (M01), clone 2G2-1F1. Western Blot analysis of PEBP1 expression in human kidney.
Species: Human
Applications: Western blot
Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells using PEBP1 antibody. Blue: DAPI for nuclear staining.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation, RNA Immunoprecipitation
Immunofluorescent analysis of RKIP staining in HepG2 cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
