Usage

Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 ug/ml; The detection limit is ~3 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 ug/ml; Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit is ~10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Immunohistochemistry: 25 ug/ml with appropriate secondary reagents in frozen normal mouse brain tissue sections.
