For western blots of yeast protein samples, use Nsp1p antibody diluted 1:10000 (cell lysates) to 1:50000 (nuclear fractions), followed by chemiluminescent detection (ECL). For other (non-ECL) western detection methods, try the antibody diluted 1:1000-1:5000. For immunofluorescence on yeast cells, use the antibody diluted 1:1000-1:10000.
