NPTN / SDR1 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide located between aa201-250 of human NPTN (Q9Y639-2, NP_036560). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Gibbon, Galago, Marmoset, Mouse, Rat, Dog, Bovine, Rabbit, Horse, Pig, Guinea pig (100%); Bat (92%); Elephant, Platypus (85%).
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: add glycerol to 40-50%, aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, and store at -20°C. Protect from light.
