Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular NAPG Products

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue at dilution 1:100
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, ELISA
Immunofluorescence analysis of U2OS cells.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Immunofluorescent analysis of SNAP-gamma staining in U2OS cells. Formalin-fixed cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in TBS for 5-10 minutes and blocked with 3% BSA-PBS for 30 minutes at room temperature. Cells were probed with the primary antibody in 3% BSA-PBS and incubated overnight at 4 deg C in a humidified chamber. Cells were washed with PBST and incubated with a DyLight 594-conjugated secondary antibody (red) in PBS at room temperature in the dark.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: ICC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Western blot analysis of extracts of various cell lines, using NAPG antibody at 1:1000 dilution. The secondary antibody used was an HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1:10000 dilution. Lysates were loaded 25ug per lane and 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST was used for blocking. An ECL Kit was used for detection and the exposure time was 30s.
Species: Human, Mouse, Rat
Applications: IHC, Western blot
