A synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence in the middle region of human Nanog (115-155 aa QRQKYLSLQQMQELSNILNLSYKQVKTWFQNQRMKSKRWQK), different from the related mouse sequence by three amino acids.
Specificity
Expressed in testicular carcinoma and derived germ cell tumors (at protein level). Expressed in fetal gonads, ovary and testis. Also expressed in ovary teratocarcinoma cell line and testicular embryonic carcinoma. Not expressed in many somatic organs and oocytes. .

Reconstitution
Add 0.2ml of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500µg/ml.

At -20°C for 1 year. After reconstitution, at 4°C for 1 month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for a longer time. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
