Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 40kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH3T3 (calculated MW of 34.6kDa according to NP_082292.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Zbinden et al, EMBO J. 2010 A ug 4;29(15):2659-74. PMID: 20581802). Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 ug/ml.
