Usage
A 1:1000 dilution of the antibody was sufficient for detection of N-terminal Arginylation in 0.5 ug of N-terminal Arginine peptide conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody. Applications should be user optimized.
