Rat glial membranes and whole brain white matter.
Specificity
Stains oligodendrocytes in neonatal rat glia. Does not cross-react with type 1 astrocytes, type 2 astrocytes or fibroblasts. Does not stain cultures of rat Schwann cells. In tissue sections, does label oligodendrocytes and CNS myelin. Does not label peripheral myelin. Species cross-reactivity: Human, chick, mouse, rat, ferret, feline and monkey.
