If the product is to be used in the presence of material originating from an other species than Human, prior screening for cross-reactivity with that material is essential and additional adsorption of the reagent may be required to ensure intra-assay specificity.

Reconstitute by adding 1 ml sterile distilled water, spin down to remove insoluble particles, divide into small aliquots, freeze and store at or below -20°C.

Store at 4°C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20°C for long term storage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Prior to use, thaw aliquot slowly at ambient temperature. Spin down and prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Store working dilutions at 4°C, and preferably use the same day. Remove slight precipitation with centrifugation.
