The human peptide sequence is 84% conserved in monkey MCHR2. No significant sequence homology is seen with other MCHR1 or other GPCR. Antibody cross-reactivity in various species is not established.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-10 ug/ml using ECL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
