Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:20; 10 ul labels 10^6 cells in 100ul. CD206 is weakly expressed at the cell surface. Membrane permeabilization may increase staining. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen.
