Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Antibody
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Western blot of LPP monoclonal antibody against truncated LPP-His recombinant protein and HeLa cell lysate.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot
Detection of Human LPP by Immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human osteosarcoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-LPP used at a dilution of 1:200 (1 Detection: DAB.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Immunoprecipitation
Immunohistochemistry image at a dilution of 1:300 and staining in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0) . Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4 °C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot, ELISA
