Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Direct ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 ug/ml detection limit for rhLAX1 ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/mL detection limit for rhLAX1 ~5 ng/lane and 0.5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively.
