Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.

Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding. Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

Popular LAMA4 / Laminin Alpha 4 Products

IHC of paraffin-embedded Human pancreas tissue using anti-LAMA4 mouse monoclonal antibody. (heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1 mM EDTA in 10mM Tris, pH8.5, 120°C for 3min).
Species: Human
Applications: IHC, IHC - Paraffin, Western blot
Western blot of recombinant LAMA4 / Laminin Alpha 4. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Species: Mouse
Applications: IHC, Western blot
Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human heart tissue, using LAMA4 Antibody. The picture on the right is blocked with the synthesized peptide.
Species: Human, Mouse
Applications: IHC, Immunofluorescence, Western blot, Peptide Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Immunohistochemical analysis of Laminin alpha 4 staining in human breast cancer formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue section. The section was pre-treated using heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.0). The section was then incubated with the antibody at room temperature and detected using an HRP conjugated compact polymer system. DAB was used as the chromogen. The section was then counterstained with hematoxylin and mounted with DPX.

About LAMA4 / Laminin Alpha 4
Laminins, a family of extracellular matrix glycoproteins, are the major noncollagenous constituent of basement membranes. They have been implicated in a wide variety of biological processes including cell adhesion, differentiation, migration, signaling, neurite outgrowth and metastasis. NM_002290 NP_002281.3
