Usage
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect recombinant mouse Laminin 4. The detection limit for rmLaminin 4 is approximately 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Presentation
Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in PBS, 50 ug of BSA per 1 ug of antibody. Reconstitute, sterile TBS, pH 7.3 (20 mM Trizma base, 150 mM sodium chloride), 0.1% BSA, 40-50% glycerol. If 1 ml of buffer is used.
