A 17 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human KIRREL2. The immunogen is located within aa 550-600 of KIRREL2.
Specificity
KIRREL2 antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least five isoforms are are known to exist. This antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other members of the KIRREL protein family.

Usage
KIRREL2 antibody can be used for detection of KIRREL2 by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody can also be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 5 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 20 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in human samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 64, 70, 78 kDa Observed: 70 kDa
