Specificity

Usage
Eg5 antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blot. For western blots expect a band of approximately 72 kD in size corresponding to truncated kinesin-1 protein.

0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
