Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".

CHO cell-derived rhIntegrin b5 extracellular domain.
Selected for use as a detection antibody in human Integrin b5 Western Blots.
Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 ug/ml with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Integrin 5. The detection limit for rhIntegrin 5 is approximately 2 ng/lane and 10 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. In this format, this antibody shows less than 5% cross-reactivity with Integrin 1, - 2, - 3, rmIntegrin 4, - 6, and - 7. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
