Usage
WB: this antibody can be used with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect H6N1-HA in WB. Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for H6N1-HA is approximately 4 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions and 2 ng/lane under reducing conditions. Please Note: Optimal concentrations/dilutions should be determined by the end user.
