Recognizes human IL-1F10. In direct ELISAs and Western Blots, this antibody shows approximately 50% cross-reactivity with rmIL-1F10 and no cross-reactivity with rhIL-1, rhIL-1, rhIL-1ra, rhIL-18, rhIL-1F5, rhIL-1F6, rhIL-1F7, rhIL-1F8, or rhIL-1F9.

Western Blot, Direct ELISA. Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 1-2 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IL-1F10. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhIL-1F10 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 ug/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IL-1F10. The detection limit for rhIL-1F10 is approximately 2 ng/well.
