Usage
VISTA antibody can be used for immunohistochemistry starting at 2 ug/mL and immunocytochemistry starting at 1 ug/mL. For immunofluorescence start at 2 ug/mL. Flow cytometry at 10 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Immunohistochemistry in human samples; Immunocytochemistry in human samples; Immunofluorescence in human samples and Flow Cytometry in mouse samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 31 kDa Observed: 47 kDa
