LACI antibody LS-B10121 is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody to LACI (TFPI) from human. It is reactive with human, mouse and rat. Validated for ELISA, IF, IHC and WB. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

A 13 AA peptide near the N-Terminus of human TFPI. The immunogen is located within aa 70-120 of TFPI.
Specificity
TFPI antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms of TFPI are known to exist; this antibody will detect both isoforms.

Usage
TFPI antibody can be used for detection of TFPI by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/mL. Antibody validated: Western Blot in rat samples; Immunohistochemistry in rat samples and Immunofluorescence in rat samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 33 kDa Observed: 30 kDa
