Cytokeratins isolated from human micro dissected villi of human duodenal mucosa.
Specificity
Cytokeratin 20 is less acidic than the other type I cytokeratins and is of particular interest because of its restricted range of expression. reacts with cytokeratin polypeptide of 46 kD in immunoblott analyses. Studies have shown that a marked difference exists in the expression of cytokeratin 20 among various carcinomas.

Usage
This antibody may be diluted to a titer of 1:25 to 1:50 in an ABC method. The final dilution should be optimized by the researcher. An incubation period of 30 minutes at RT is suggested. Formalin-fixed/paraffin-embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6, prior to immunostaining.
