PF4 antibody LS-B14368 is an unconjugated sheep polyclonal antibody to human PF4 (CXCL4). Validated for IHC. Tested on 20 paraffin-embedded human tissues.

Platelet Factor 4 (PF4) purified from human platelet concentrate.
Specificity
Specific for PF4 as demonstrated by immuno-electrophoresis. A single precipitin arc is observed with normal platelet lysate, of identical mobility to that obtained with purified PF4. No reactivity was observed with plasma. This antibody also reacts with PF4-heparin complexes but does not inhibit PF4's ability to neutralize heparin.

Usage
