Usage
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 60kD band observed in Human and Rat Lung lysates (calculated MW of 48.1kD according to NP_004334.1). These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Conway et al, J Biol Chem. 1995 Jul 14.270(28):17011-6. PMID: 7622522). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03 ug/ml.
