A 16 AA peptide near the C-Terminus of human ARSB. The immunogen is located within aa 460-510 of ARSB.
Specificity
ARSB antibody is human, mouse and rat reactive. At least two isoforms of ARSB are known to exist; this antibody only recognizes the longest isoform.

ARSB antibody can be used for detection of ARSB by Western blot at 1 - 2 ug/ml. Antibody validated: Western Blot in mouse samples; Immunohistochemistry in human samples and Immunofluorescence in human samples. All other applications and species not yet tested. Western Blot: Predicted: 59 kDa Observed: 57kDa
