Specificity
The mouse monoclonal antibody 4S.B3 recognizes IFN-gamma, a 16-25 kDa cytokine produced by activated Th1 cells and NK cells. Binds both glycosylated and non-glycosylated protein.

Usage
The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 4 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 10^6 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (0.4 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
