Anti-IdU monoclonal antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations prepared via immunizations with Bromodeoxyuridine-KLH followed by hybridoma development.
Specificity
This antibody is specific for IdU. Cross-reactivity is not observed with BrdU, CldU or FdU.

Usage
Anti-IdU Antibody has been tested as suitable for western blot, ELISA, and immunofluorescence microscopy. This antibody may be suitable for additional immunoassays including flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. Expect to detect incorporated IdU thymidine analog from replicated cells.

Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
