This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of Human Btb1. Btb1 is a currently uncharacterized human ankyrin repeat protein BAA92655. This protein has been suggested to bind to CUL3.

Usage
