Rat skeletal muscle Hsp20.
Specificity
Detects a ~20kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Hsp20 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human, mouse, rat, bovine, canine and fish. The antibody does not cross react with Hsp27. There may be some cross reactivity with alphaB-crystallin at high antibody concentrations.
