Specificity
Specific for phosphorylated HSP27 (Ser78). Does not recognize the non-phosphorylated form of HSP27. An additional band was observed at ~54kD in longer exposures. Species cross-reactivity: Human. Species sequence homology: Canine: 100%; Mouse and rat based on GenPept database sequence where Ser78 is replaced with Asp.

- Western blot (0.01 - 0.5 µg/ml)
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Proteins were visualized using IgG (HRP) goat anti-mouse and a chemiluminescence detection system.
