Purified Hsp90 isolated from human therapeutic orchiectomy specimens.

Specificity

This affinity purified antibody identifies purified human Hsp90alpha and will detect a 90kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of hsp90 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human and chicken. This product is specific for hsp90alpha (easily detects 10ng) and does not detect Hsp90beta. This antibody immunoprecipitates both free and complexed Hsp90.
