Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, purified and partially purified Peroxidase [Horseradish]. Cross reactivity against Peroxidase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Peroxidase [Horseradish] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Alkaline Phosphatase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) and pNPP as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:9000 to 1:40000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Reconstitute in 2 mL of deionized water.
