Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
(applications tested for the base form of this product only)
HOXD4 antibody was raised against synthetic peptide from C-Terminus of human HOXD4 (P09016, NP_055436). Percent identity by BLAST analysis: Human, Chimpanzee, Gorilla, Monkey, Galago, Marmoset, Tamarin, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit (100%); Gibbon, Elephant, Panda, Bovine, Bat, Pig (92%); Guinea pig (85%); Dog (84%).
The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
Short term: store at 4°C. Long term: add glycerol to 40-50%, aliquot to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, and store at -20°C. Protect from light.
HOXD4 belongs to the homeobox family of genes. The homeobox genes encode a highly conserved family of transcription factors that play an important role in morphogenesis in all multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four similar homeobox gene clusters, HOXA, HOXB, HOXC and HOXD, located on different chromosomes, consisting of 9 to 11 genes arranged in tandem. This gene is one of several homeobox HOXD genes located at 2q31-2q37 chromosome regions.
