Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000 for antiserum and 1-10 ug/ml for aff. pure IgG using ECL. HO-1 ~31-33kD. ELISA: ~1:100000 using 50-100 ng control peptide/well.
