Specificity
Recognizes HLA Class 2 Antigen-DR4. Additional cross-reactivity occurs with related proteins +0401, +0403,+/- DR1, -/+0402, -/+ DR7 Specificity was determined at a 1:10 dilution by the microcytotoxicity test under standard NIH conditions. Note that 30% of DR17 (DR3) reacted with false positivity using this antibody.
