Usage
A 1:1000 dilution of the antibody was sufficient for detection of Hexanoyl Lysine adduct in 0.5 µg of Hexanoyl Lysine conjugated to BSA by ECL immunoblot analysis using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG:HRP as the secondary Antibody. Applications should be user optimized.
