Recognizes rat Hyperpolarization-activated Cyclic Nucleotide-gated channel 4. Species sequence homology: (93%) rabbit and (86%) human, primate. No significant sequence homology is seen with other HCNs or any other protein.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well.
