Recombinant glutathione S-transferase (GST) protein from Schistosoma japonicum.
Specificity
Reacts specifically with the glutathione S-transferase moiety of GST fusion proteins as expressed in E. coli by the pGEX vectors and in yeast by the pYEXTM vectors. Cross-reactivity with E. coli protein has not been detected.

Usage
Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 75 ng/ml will detect 0.25 ug/well of GST. Western Blot: 1 ug/ml will detect 50 ng GST using a peroxidase-chemiluminescence detection system.
