Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum as well as purified and partially purified Glucose Oxidase [A.niger]. Cross reactivity against Glucose Oxidase from other sources may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Usage
Anti-GLUCOSE OXIDASE Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Glucose Oxidase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:50000 to 1:250000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Specific conditions should be optimized by user. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 100 µL of deionized water.
Storage
Short term 4°C, long term aliquot and store at -20°C, avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product before removing cap. Only dilute immediately prior to use.
