Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:30000-1:150000; Assayed against 1 ug of porcine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using Streptavidin and ABTS) for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
